My friend Mike Michelozzi of Reliv always has a way about expressing just the right thing...in just the right way. Of course you've heard me say that many times here already. Anyway...here's another great topic from Mike:

What Is One Good Leader Worth?

What's one good leader worth in terms of income? Maybe that varies from company to company - I just conferenced with my son-in-law and one of his friends in Mexico and he says he's going to really look at our company seriously as he's looking for another income source outside his good paying job. Okay, we've all heard that and the proof is down the road.

Should Juan start a business with us we'll be traveling to Mexico City to meet - we already today 4wayed to the corporate office for introductions - and set up shop as many of you have done domestically and internationally.

But what's the value financially of one good leader? For us even on the third level of a line of business - that's the level he'd come in at - that can amount to well over a hundred thousand dollars a year. AND one good leader on the first level can double that and double that again. Which is everyone's dream who posts here.

How do you find that person? First, be that person yourself. Secondly, keep looking and lead with the business opportunity. Thirdly - longevity with one company produces a commitment and attraction that is second to none and strong and lasting.
